We are a Miami-based construction estimating firm helping Florida contractors, developers and property owners price projects accurately, bid with confidence and control cost from the first budget to the final change order.

Florida Construction Estimating Services is a professional construction cost estimating and quantity takeoff firm based in Miami, Florida. We prepare detailed cost estimates, construction takeoffs and bid support for general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, restoration contractors and homeowners across all 67 Florida counties.
We started with a simple observation: Florida construction is priced differently from almost anywhere else in the country. Hurricane-rated products, High-Velocity Hurricane Zone rules in Miami-Dade and Broward, flood-zone elevation, high groundwater and post-storm demand surges all change what a building really costs. National averages don’t capture that. Local, trade-level estimating does.
Today we estimate residential, commercial and industrial projects in every CSI division, from sitework and concrete to MEP, roofing and finishes. Contractors use us as an extension of their own estimating department, adding capacity during busy bid seasons without adding overhead.
Every estimate we deliver is measured digitally, priced for its Florida location, reviewed by a senior estimator and documented clearly enough that you can check every line before you sign a bid.
